Double Identity Documents
Made Jati "Never Married" report 1992. She reports Never Married, resident in Tabanan, purpose of this report is "To arrange land purchase documents." The land was for what would later become Kori Restaurant in Kuta, which she claimed as a gift from her father to his unmarried daughter.
Made Jati Residence Report 1994. She reports herself Married, born in Denpasar, resident in Gianyar."
This Resident Identity Card was used by Made Jati to obtain the fraudulent Marriage Certificate in 1996 and submitted by her to the court in Denpasar in July 2005 as evidence of proof of the marriage in 1996.
She reports herself Never Married, born in Denpasar, and resident in Tabanan. I knew her from her second Identity Card, which showed her married to me and resident at our home in Sanur.
This card was issued 1 September 1994. The next day we flew to Singapore where 16 days later our second son Brenden was born on 17 September 1994.
We had a Balinese custom and Hindu religious marriage ceremony 23 May 1994 at our home in Sanur - why less than four months later, and only one day before leaving Bali to give birth to our second child, would she acquire an Identity Card claiming to be single?
I believe that she acquired this card with the long term plan that someday she would divorce me and gain custody of her children by claiming to be unmarried at their birth: ie this card, the 1994 Balinese ceremony and the 1996 marriage certificate are all part of a planned fraud well underway in 1994.

Michael Donnelly Residence Report 1995, prepared by Made Jati, as were all our family documents in Bali. She reports me Married (presumably to her, but not clear) based upon our marriage in California 1985, Christian although she and her family had arranged a Hindu Sudiwudani ceremony in 1994.
